Come Join & Experience the Energy of a Reiki Healing Circle at Ocean Yoga. Reiki promotes stress reduction and relaxation by balancing one's physical, mental, spiritual and emotional systems, allowing the body to activate its own powerful self-healing abilities. Reiki is "universal life force energy" that flows all around us and through us and is what causes us and everything else to be alive. When we join in a sacred circle we connect to this divine energy healing as a force together.
You will receive meditation, breathwork, sound vibration healing, energy healing and learn tools for self-care, deepen your understanding of energy, and the connection with the universe in order to flow through life with more ease and grace.
